Even after a big win versus the Rams, Tom Brady isn't satisfied with his team's performance this season. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have struggled for most of the season.

They were supposed to be contenders for the top of the NFC, but injuries, coaching over all and Tom Brady's personal issues have hurt them more often than not.

But if there's one thing we've learned over the past two decades, it's that you never count Tom Brady out.

Never, not even when the clock hits zero, not even when you're three or four points up. So, with the second half of the season underway, Brady still has faith in his team.

However, he believes that most of his shortcomings are due to lack of effort, which will be a major issue going forward.

Sure there are some things we do well, there are a lot of things we don't do well. "If you want to be a great team, you have to be better than average," Brady said.

"So correcting our mistakes, improving our effort, which is probably the most embarrassing part of our team, is our effort level on game day, and that's something we better fix."

Notably, HC Todd Bowles of the Bucs doesn't agree with Brady's view. If anything, he credits his team's significant effort to overtake the defending champions.

It is clear that neither the Panthers nor the Falcons would be a legitimate threat in the Beaux's division. And they have enough time to right the ship and end the season on a high note.
