The Wild LeBron James and Anthony Davis Fact Is Going Viral

After winning the final, the Lakers lost to Avery Bradley, Rajon Rondo and Dwight Howard in free agency. He also traded Danny Green and Javle McGee.

In October 2020, the Los Angeles Lakers won the NBA Finals. Fast forward to August 2022, and there are only two members of that team left on the roster.

While it sounds too crazy to be true, Anthony Davis and LeBron James are the only players still on the roster from the 2020 Championship squad.

The following season, the Lakers teamed up with Kentavius Caldwell-Pope and Kyle Kuzma to acquire Russell Westbrook from the Washington Wizards.

Talen Horton-Tucker was the third remaining member from the 2020 Championship squad, but the Lakers traded an Iowa State product in a deal for veteran guard Patrick Beverly this week.

The Lakers are still in the process of making roster moves for the 2022–23 season. It is highly unlikely that Davis and James will be relocated.

Davis and James will be tasked with bringing another title to Los Angeles this upcoming season, though they'll probably need a better supporting cast to do so.
