As promised, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers took practice Thursday and is on track to play in the Washington Commanders on Sunday.
Following the same script as last week, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers returned to practice on Thursday.
Barring any kind of disaster, he will open against the Washington commanders on Sunday.
Rodgers suffered an unsuccessful Hail Mary injury in the final game of the loss to the Giants in London. Last week, he did not practice on Wednesday.
However, there was full participation in the Thursday and Friday exercises. He was sacked four times and was killed on five other occasions in the loss to the Jets on Sunday.
"It was in a lot of pain after the game," Rodgers said on Wednesday. “It gets progressively better throughout the week.
Similar plan: I'll go out (Thursday) and practice Friday and get comfortable on Saturday and be ready to go on Sunday.
"I can deal with the pain," Rodgers said. "Pain management has been a part of all of our careers, so learn to deal with whatever you're going through.
