MLB world reacts to rookie’s insane home run robbery
The New York Yankees haven't highlighted much lately as the team entered the month of August with just 3-14 on Friday night's game against the Toronto Blue Jays.
But one of the team's newcomers gave the Yankees something to celebrate with an incredible defensive play on the first pitch of the game on Friday night.
On the first pitch of the game, Yankees pitcher Jameson Talon bowled a fastball and Blue Jays outfielder Lourdes Gurrell Jr. made solid contact, driving it deep into right field for a clear home run.
But then the Yankees' rookie right fielder Osvaldo Cabrera stuck his glove on and brought it back to the park.
Great play came in Cabrera's third Major League Baseball appearance. And naturally, the world of MLB went crazy.

Despite the rookie's incredible game, the Yankees' skid loss continued again as the team lost 4–0 to the Blue Jays, falling to only 3–15 in the month of August.
