Aaron Rodgers Throws Packers Wide Receiver Totally Under The Bus
Aaron Rodgers gave a scathing reply when answering a question about the role of wide receiver Amari Rodgers in the offense.
Last Sunday, the Green Bay Packers lost 23-7 to the Minnesota Vikings, with nothing being done because of the offense.
Notably, the receiving game, where they were singled out as a unit by Vikings star wide receiver Justin Jefferson.
In the game, the one receiver who didn't log a single snap on offense was Amari Rodgers, the team's 2021 third-round pick from Clemson.
When asked by WFRV Local 5's Kyle Malzan about the wide receiver's fit in the offense, quarterback Aaron Rodgers said he is "returning for us now."
Green Bay will look to pull out in Week 2 when they take on rival Chicago Bears on Sunday Night Football.
